Strongbridge's information technology and program support services were assessed at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 for Services (CMMI-SVC). This achievement means that we apply CMMI best practices on activities for delivering quality services to customers and end users.

Strongbridge LLC is pleased to announce that it is a 2018 GovStar winner, recognized for excellence in government contracting throughout the Greater Washington region. GovStar finalists were scored by an independent committee who went through a two-part review process to determine the winners. The committee had the challenge of identifying not only those who best represented each category, but also the companies who serve as industry leaders. Strongbridge announces today the addition of Ms. Tess Swatt to the Strongbridge corporate executive team. Ms. Swatt will be joining as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) where she will be charged with the delivery of Strongbridge services to customers and the management and development of employees.

Ms. Deshmukh, Strongbridge Founder and CEO, retires from her position as an officer and leader of the company, bringing to a close a remarkable career of continuous service to the federal government and 13 years as CEO of Strongbridge. Mr. Jeff Powell has acquired a majority interest in Strongbridge LLC and will serve in the capacity of CEO, assuming full responsibility for corporate growth and organizational development, and Mr. Anthony Schulien joins Strongbridge as President and minority owner. With this change, Strongbridge changes from an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) to a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB).
